- You may return an item purchased from Naz Toroyan Art within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The artwork must be in its original condition, undamaged, and accompanied by the original packaging, including any certificates of authenticity or documentation provided.
- Returns Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item.
- Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return, including packaging, insurance, and any customs fees if applicable.
- We recommend using a reputable shipping service with tracking and insurance when returning the artwork. Naz Toroyan Art will not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during the return shipping process.
- Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund.
- The refund will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom commissioned artworks are non-returnable as they are created specifically for you.
- Items that are damaged due to customer mishandling or improper packaging during the return process may not be eligible for a refund.
- Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above, and then place a new order for the desired item.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
